The Evergreen District Board and local Convention Committee have put Registration Choices into your hands.  You can choose:

• COMPLETE Early Bird Registration and get access to all Contest Sessions, the Show of Champions, Saturday Luncheon (so that you get lunch in time to see the Quartet Finals at 2pm), and "Midnight Madness" Afterglow - before Sept 1, 2005

• BASIC Early Bird Registration and get access to all Contest Sessions and the Show of Champions (Luncheon and Afterglow not included) - before Sept 1, 2005

• REGULAR Registration and get access to all Contest Sessions and the Show of Champions (Luncheon and Afterglow not included) - after Sept 1, 2005

DISTRICT BYLAWS REQUIRE ALL COMPETITORS TO PURCHASE AN ALL-EVENTS REGISTRATION

On-Line Registration

> On-line Registration has been disabled as of September 28th.  Please register on-site or contact David Bruce, Registrar at the phone number or e-mail address below.

Payment Options

• Cheque or Money Order: Individuals or Groups can send cheques or money orders to pay for registrations and/or ticket costs in Canadian or US funds.

• Credit Card:  To protect your credit card from fraud, we are using secure on-line processing only. VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover can be used but please do not send us your credit card number. If the on-line registration system is used, your credit card will be charged immediately. If your registration is mailed or e-mailed to us and you indicate that you want to pay by credit card, we will e-mail an invoice to you or the primary contact for your group with a link to a secure internet website to process the credit card payment.
