TRADEMARK

With a wealth of experience, a great sound, and a fair share of humor, the quartet TRADEMARK brings some great entertainment to the stage.  As the 2008 Division III (Alberta) Quartet Champions, TRADEMARK ranks at the top of the regional quartets for the music that they perform.

Doug Marwood has been best know in barbershop performances as a member of the District Hall of Fame quartet, BRASS. Darcy Fraser recently joined the quartet and he brings over a dozen years of experience with the quartet Swing Shift and his experience as the former Director of the Stampede City Chorus. In 25+ years of barbershop singing, Trademark is Doug Robertson's second registered quartet but as you can see, he's not shy on stage! Kevin Robertson is the Director of the Stampede City Chorus and brings quartet experience from Winnipeg and Calgary.  Click here to hear TRADEMARK on stage:  Recordings

TRADEMARK is thrilled to be able to bring our style of solid harmonies and entertainment to your event. For more information on TRADEMARK, please contact Doug Marwood at (403) 540-4874 or doug.marwood@telus.net

G.O.L.D. - Gentlemen Of Lyrical Distinction

GOLD is a local Calgary barbershop quartet whose members love to sing harmony to the good old songs and some contemporary ones that are only forty years old. We perform a variety of music styles and include some comedy as well.

We are very active on special occasions and annual holidays such as Valentine' Day, Father's Day, Mother's Day, and Stampede Week. We specialize in performing at birthdays, wedding anniversaries and any event which someone thinks is special and requires a different touch to make it a success.

GOLD performs at nursing homes, hospitals and church events. The foregoing is free of charge unless there is a donation to our favorite barbershop charity.

There is a fee for private functions and is negotiable as we tailor our performances to the function. This could include a thirty-minute performance, two or three ten-minute sets, or simply making the rounds singing to small groups.

We are flexible and capable of tailoring our performance to any occasion. Our music covers a wide range of popular music and includes some comedy for that special guest who has it coming. We've never been thrown out of a performance yet!

Why not give us a try? You may be pleasantly surprised and wonder why you never thought of it before. Something a little different to lend a special touch to that special occasion.
