Who is Stampede City Chorus?

Stampede City Chorus is Calgary’s original barbershop chorus. Since 1954 we’ve enjoyed singing and performing together throughout the community, province, and even internationally. Most of our members consider themselves ‘shower singers’ who learn their music by singing along with friends and the radio. But because of the unique barbershop style, our voices end up sounding bigger, brighter, and better!

As a member of the Barbershop Harmony Society, camaraderie, performance, singing, and fun remain our priorities. We are a non-audition, not for profit chorus and welcome all singers of any gender to sing with us and we know you’ll come for the singing and stay for the fun!
